Slurry Electromagnetic Separator
Uses an electromagnetic coil and special matrix mesh to create a high-gradient magnetic field. Slurry flows through the chamber—magnetic contaminants are captured while non-magnetic material passes through.
The separator runs in two automatically controlled stages: **Working Stage** — magnetic impurities are captured on the magnetized matrix. **Sediment Discharge Stage** — the feed is stopped, the magnetic field is switched off, and the collected impurities are flushed out through the waste outlet. This cyclic operation ensures stable separation efficiency and continuous production.
